    11 on last set
    the gym didn't have the 35 and 45 bars, so did the second and fourth set with the 30 and 40 lbs.

    Felt good doing this one, no problems here.

    Metcon:
    10 minutes or so

    Not really sure I did the correct amount...tried to do it with Adam and we got our counting all screwed up. Either way, it really killed me. I had a really, really hard time with the dead lift, but mainly just getting the weight up off the floor (tweaked my back each time). I realize now I probably should have had someone hand me the bar, or put it up on a rack. I'm also still having problems with my brain (its always the brain, right?) telling me I'm doing badly because Adam is beating me. How is HE beating me??? Its crap, and makes me feel horrible. I've never done these work outs with someone before, so its always been about me beating my own expectations or times, I've never compared myself to someone so closely and I don't deal with it well. Stupid brain!!
