Tuesday, 6/8

30 Pike Push-up
(knees on a bench, mimicing a handstand push-up but regressed)
40 Ring Row (pull-ups)
50 DB Swing
60 Sit-ups
70 Burpees

CFE:
4 x 800m Sprints
90 second rest

    WOD: 20:39 mns.
    The pike push ups and pull ups (had to do on bar) totally killed me. The DB swings and sit ups were pretty good, and the burpees kicked my ass.

    CFE: 19:32
    This totally killed me by the last two rounds and I really, really slowed down.

    FOOD:
    Breakfast: oatmeal with maple syrup and pecans, coffee with agave
    AM Snack: apple and turkey sandwich meat
    Lunch: tofu dog, almonds and dried papaya
    PM Snack: two egg whites, asparagus
    Post Workout: apple crusher
    Dinner: Veggie foot-long sandwich with turkey from Subway
    PM Snack: Soy yogurt

    Didn't feel like I had enough protein today, or enough food after the workout, but all in all did ok. Drank almost no water, which was bad.
