Felt really good, although I don't think I know what the 'press' was since what I thought it might be was impossible to do with the weight Scott gave me (and I know he wouldn't put something impossible in front of me...just really, really challenging!).
Food:
Breakfast - oatmeal with maple syrup and pecans
Lunch - pork, 6 almonds
PM Snack - turkey lunch meat, half green pepper
Post Work Out - one egg white
Dinner - steak, one cup steamed broccoli, half cob of corn with salt, four pecans
Bedtime Snack - half mango, cup soy milk
Got almost completely through one gallon of water, which is really good for me.
Looking forward to tomorrow's challenge!
