    8:47 mn for back squats and dips, used 60/90 instead of 65/95 since they didn't have the correct weight bar at the gym.

    Felt good during this, although dips did kick my butt a little bit.

    CFE:
    2250 yards (I think) in 12 mns...the track is in a weird yardage thingy that confuses me. I did push myself a bit here and my legs felt heavy and my lungs felt strained, but it was good to get back up and running again.
