And on Sunday...I finally did Thursdays workout...

Ok, here is what I learned these last few days:

1. You can't wait on someone else to do your WOD with you. you have to take care of yourself first (Thursday's lesson).

2. You need to be prepared (don't walk into a gym assuming they'll let you workout immediately, they will most likely stall so long that you get dizzy with hunger and give up). Learn where you can work out, what you can do on your own, and always have food with you (Friday's lesson).

3. Sometimes, it just can't happen. (Like when you have to go into work early and also stay late.) On those days, you can still control your diet and water intake, and loosing your work out is no reason to give up on the other two (Saturdays lesson).

Finally did the last WOD posted:

WOD:
5:50 mn on 21-15-9
the dumbell swings were cake, could have done those all day, reverse pull ups got hard

CFE:
.72 miles distance (including a one minute prep of treadmill going on its own and the 10 seconds rest in between) with 1 to 2 incline.
Felt AWESOME despite a few tweaks of pain in the foot while getting back on the treadmill.

I didn't separate these two workouts at all, in fact, they seemed SUPER easy as a whole. I definitely was working out during each, but afterwards I felt like I'd done almost nothing.

New day tomorrow, starting fresh.
