Complete 3 rounds of:
200m run
15 squat hops
12 press, 25/45
9 deadlift, 65/95

  1. Missed the work out today, made plans before I started my new journey and didn't have enough time for everything. Tomorrow's a new day!

    Food:
    Breakfast - oatmeal with maple syrup, pecans and dried cranberries
    AM Snack - pork
    Lunch - more pork, banana
    PM Snack - half red pepper, half a brautwurst
    Dinner - Turkey and lettuce sandwich on seven grain bread
    PM Snack - Cliff mini bar
