  1. Did this today (Monday the 7th). A few days late but oh well!

    AMRAP:
    in 12 mns, did 6 rounds, although I didn't have any bands to help with my pull ups so I did back rows instead (to the point of exhaustion each set)

    CFE: Got to do this on a track and felt great. Got tired on the last two sprints, but felt awesome afterwards.
